HPV Vaccine Price in the Philippines: Per Dose, Full Course & Free Options

Eligible girls can receive free HPV vaccination through government programs. Check that option before paying privately. Gardasil 9 prices reviewed by CareCostPH start at ₱6,000 per dose. Many of the published offers checked fall between ₱6,000 and ₱9,000, while a consultation bundle costs ₱10,700 at Kindred and a higher-priced single-dose listing reaches ₱13,200 at Shinagawa through Hati Health.
The full course matters more than the first payment. Three doses at ₱6,000 would total ₱18,000, while published three-dose packages reviewed range from ₱20,370 to ₱35,700. Inclusions differ, and consultation, administration or home service can change the amount payable.

The crossed-out “regular” prices on booking sites are reference prices, not confirmation of what a walk-in patient would pay. Compare the payable amount and inclusions instead of the displayed discount percentage.
The Healthway QualiMed offer at the UP–PGH Faculty Medical Arts Building is a named provider’s booking offer. It should not be described as PGH’s government vaccination tariff. A higher price alone does not mean a stronger vaccine or better protection when the product is the same.
Is a three-dose package cheaper?
Not always. Compare the package with three single doses at the same provider and booking channel.
| Provider through Hati | Published three-dose package | Three single doses: calculation | Listed difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Healthway QualiMed | ₱20,370 | ₱20,370 | Same |
| Ashrey / La Sante | ₱20,850 | ₱20,850 | Same |
| Hara Clinic | ₱23,800 | ₱24,000 | Package ₱200 lower |
| VAXCEN | ₱24,840 | ₱24,300 | Package ₱540 higher |
| GAIA | ₱25,000 | ₱25,500 | Package ₱500 lower |
| EC Care | ₱25,300 | ₱25,500 | Package ₱200 lower |
| SureVax | ₱26,800 | ₱27,000 | Package ₱200 lower |
| Shinagawa | ₱35,700 | ₱39,600 | Package ₱3,900 lower |
These are price comparisons, not confirmation that every inclusion is identical. For VAXCEN in particular, ask whether an additional service or a listing discrepancy explains the higher package amount.
Kindred separately lists a ₱29,500 three-dose Gardasil 9 consultation bundle. Its published terms require the first dose within three months of purchase and completion within nine months, following the clinician’s schedule. Before prepaying, ask:
- Does the payment cover all remaining doses and administration fees?
- Are consultations included once or at every visit?
- Are later doses reserved?
- Which branches can administer the remaining doses?
- What are the expiry, refund and medical-postponement rules?
A package only locks in the covered services and prices stated in its terms. Paying per visit spreads the expense, but future prices and availability may change.
Lower-cost full-course examples
At the published rates, three CerviQ doses calculate to ₱18,000, and three Watsons vaccine products calculate to ₱19,920, before any separate service charges. At Hi-Precision, three nine-strain vaccine doses plus the stated administration fee calculate to ₱21,150: 3 × (₱6,900 + ₱150) = ₱21,150
These are arithmetic examples assuming unchanged prices, not prepaid packages or complete quotations for every patient.
How many doses do you need?
The 2026 Philippine childhood immunization schedule distinguishes age at the first dose and immune status.
| Situation | Schedule relevant to budgeting |
|---|---|
| Starting at ages 9–14, without an immune condition requiring extra doses | Usually two doses, 6–12 months apart |
| Starting at age 15 or older | Three-dose schedule, subject to vaccine eligibility and clinical assessment |
| Immunocompromised person, including someone with HIV | Three doses regardless of age |
For Gardasil 9, the manufacturer’s three-dose schedule is month 0, month 2 and month 6.
Starting before age 15 can mean one fewer dose, but this is not true for every patient. Turning 15 before a properly timed second dose does not automatically create a need for a third dose.
WHO supports a single-dose option for certain groups. That recommendation does not automatically change an individual Philippine clinic’s prescribed course. Confirm your schedule before buying a two- or three-dose package.
Free HPV vaccination: who qualifies?
Government HPV vaccination prioritizes girls through school and community programs. The 2026 Philippine immunization calendar describes a school-based route beginning in Grade 4 and a community route beginning at age nine. Local eligibility can be broader.
- Davao City’s May 4, 2026 advisory identifies free HPV vaccination for girls aged 9–14 through health centers.
- Its October 6, 2026 school campaign includes Grade 4 and Grade 5 girls, requires a signed parental consent form, and directs eligible children who miss school vaccination to nearby health centers.
What parents should do
Contact the school clinic or barangay, city or municipal health office. Provide the child’s age, grade and previous vaccination dates. Ask about:
- Eligibility for the current program.
- Vaccination dates and available stock.
- Required consent and documents.
- The vaccine provided and follow-up schedule.
Free HPV vaccination does not necessarily mean free Gardasil 9 or free vaccination for every age group. Adults and boys should ask about any local catch-up program before assuming eligibility.
Families usually plan vaccines together as one schedule. If the rotavirus vaccine is also due, you can check the rotavirus vaccine price in the Philippines.
Gardasil 9, Gardasil 4 and Cervarix
“Valent” describes the number of HPV types targeted, not the number of injections.
| Vaccine | HPV types targeted | Published price context |
|---|---|---|
| Cervarix, bivalent | 16 and 18 | Aspire Health lists ₱3,000 |
| Gardasil, quadrivalent | 6, 11, 16 and 18 | Hi-Precision lists ₱4,440, marked sold out; Aspire lists ₱6,500 |
| Gardasil 9, nonavalent | 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58 | Provider and booking price above |
Aspire Health in Iloilo also lists ₱8,000 for Gardasil 9. Its price list does not detail dose basis or consultation/administration inclusions; confirm these before using the rate as a complete quotation.
Gardasil 9 targets five additional cancer-causing types compared with quadrivalent Gardasil. The four- and nine-valent vaccines also target types associated with most genital warts.
Choose with a clinician based on eligibility, prior vaccination and access. An out-of-stock listing at one provider does not establish nationwide discontinuation. HPV vaccination prevents new infections; it does not treat an existing HPV infection, genital warts or cervical cancer.
Extra fees and pharmacy vaccination options
| Possible extra | Verified example or question |
|---|---|
| Administration | Hi-Precision publishes ₱150 per dose |
| Consultation/prescription | Ask whether assessment and prescription are included |
| Home service | SureVax’s Hati listing shows ₱800 for Metro Manila; confirm whether charged at every visit |
| Other home-service areas | Juan Medical publishes location-dependent fees |
| Screening tests | Ask whether clinically needed or an optional bundle |
| Travel | Include transport for the whole course, not just the first visit |
Juan Medical lists Gardasil 9 at ₱7,799 for one person, with group rates available. Its home-service fees are ₱999 for Metro Manila, ₱1,799 for Cavite, Rizal or Bulacan, ₱1,999 for Laguna, and ₱2,499 for Pampanga or Batangas.
There is no single nationwide home-vaccination surcharge. Confirm the fee per visit and whether a group can share it.
Mercury Drug
Mercury Drug’s vaccination service includes HPV vaccination for eligible adults 18 and older, with free vaccine administration.
A prescription is required; an onsite doctor can assess patients without one and issue it when appropriate. Mercury’s service page says prescriptions must be within one week of issuance. Stock varies by branch, and the page does not quote an HPV vaccine price.
Free administration does not mean the vaccine itself is free.
Watsons and Hi-Precision
Watsons’ Gardasil 9 product listing requires a prescription. Confirm the selected store’s vaccination arrangement before buying.
Hi-Precision requires a doctor’s request and publishes an order lead time of 5–10 working days. A consultation can be arranged through the branch if needed. Check availability before paying, especially when a dose is due soon.
Families usually plan vaccines together as one schedule. If the anti-rabies vaccine is also due, you can check the anti-rabies vaccine price in the Philippines.
PhilHealth, HMO, installments and discounts
PhilHealth
CareCostPH did not identify a current published PhilHealth benefit reimbursing an ordinary private walk-in HPV vaccine purchase at these prices.
The 2026 YAKAP guidance describes primary care and referral services; it does not establish a retail Gardasil 9 reimbursement amount. Ask your YAKAP clinic about available vaccination services or referral to a government program.
Cancer screening and treatment benefits do not automatically cover privately purchased preventive vaccines.
HMO and employer coverage
Check whether the plan pays for the vaccine itself, not only the consultation or injection service. MediCard’s Standard terms exclude vaccine costs unless the agreement provides otherwise.
Before booking, confirm:
- HPV vaccine inclusion and any peso limit.
- Consultation and administration coverage.
- Accredited providers and prior approval.
- Dependent eligibility and reimbursement requirements.
Hati’s published FAQs say it does not currently accept insurance payments. A cash booking through the platform should not be treated as an approved HMO claim; confirm any employer reimbursement separately.
Installments
Hati advertises BillEase buy-now-pay-later for HPV vaccine bookings. Check checkout eligibility, fees, interest and the total repayment amount.
Paying for each dose as it becomes due is another way to spread the expense. This is different from financing a prepaid package, and the later dose prices are not guaranteed.
PWD discounts
Eligible PWD purchases can qualify for at least a 20% discount and VAT exemption under the applicable medicine and medical-service rules. Present the required documents and request an itemized calculation.
Do not automatically deduct another 20% from an online promotional price. The statutory and promotional treatment must follow the applicable rules; ask the seller to show the final payable amount.
If you are updating your vaccination record, the flu vaccine may also be on the list. You can check the flu vaccine price in the Philippines.
Practical questions before vaccination
Do I need an HPV test or Pap smear first?
Not routinely just to establish vaccination eligibility. CDC guidance does not recommend these tests as a prerequisite.
A clinician may recommend screening for a separate reason. Vaccination does not replace age- and risk-appropriate cervical screening.
Can boys and men get vaccinated?
Yes. Quadrivalent and nine-valent HPV vaccines are used for males as well as females. A clinician should confirm age and suitability. Government schoolgirl programs do not automatically cover boys or adult men.
Is vaccination still useful after age 26?
Some adults aged 27–45 may benefit after discussion with a clinician. CDC guidance does not recommend routine vaccination for everyone in this age group.
Get that assessment before paying for a full course. Adult clinical eligibility is different from eligibility for free Philippine vaccination programs.
Can I have later doses at another clinic?
A change of clinic may be possible, but confirm acceptance of your vaccination record, the available vaccine and the correct timing before booking.
If you prepaid a package, its transfer and branch rules apply. Do not assume you can redeem remaining doses at an unrelated provider. Have the new clinician review any proposed product change rather than switching on your own.
What happens if I miss a dose?
An interrupted HPV series generally does not need to be restarted. Bring the record so the clinician can schedule the remaining valid doses.
Commercial package expiry is a separate issue. Contact the provider promptly if an appointment must be postponed.
Do I need another course after completing Gardasil 4 or Cervarix?
Do not automatically buy a new series. The Philippine childhood/adolescent schedule does not recommend additional doses after a valid completed HPV series of any valency. Ask a clinician to review your records and circumstances.
Prepare for your appointment
Bring identification, previous vaccination records, a prescription if required, and any booking or benefit documents. Minors need the provider’s required parent/guardian consent.
Tell the clinician about pregnancy, immune conditions, relevant medicines and previous severe vaccine reactions. HPV vaccination is deferred during pregnancy; routine pregnancy testing solely for vaccination is not required.
Allow time for the post-injection observation period, commonly 15 minutes. A sore arm, redness or swelling can occur. Seek urgent help for difficulty breathing or facial/throat swelling after vaccination.
If buying the product separately, arrange transport and storage with the pharmacist and vaccinating clinic first.
Before you book: ask for the complete course price
Send this message to the provider:
Hello. Please quote HPV vaccination for someone aged __. Previous HPV doses: __. Which brand and how many remaining doses are appropriate? Please show the price per dose and full-course total, including consultation, prescription and administration. Please confirm stock, appointment dates, package validity, refund/postponement rules and any applicable coverage or discounts.
Compare the total with the correct dose schedule and matching inclusions. Keep the written quotation and vaccination card for every visit.

How CareCostPH checked these prices
CareCostPH reviewed public provider pages, pharmacy information, Hati Health listings, government advisories and professional guidance on October 9, 2026.
Prices are labelled as direct provider rates, online booking offers, packages or calculations. We did not obtain telephone quotations, verify live inventory or establish a national average. Most commercial listings do not state a price effective date or promotion expiry.
See how we research prices for our approach.
Prices are for general information and can change. Confirm the rate and inclusions before payment. A qualified healthcare professional should determine vaccine suitability and scheduling.
