Tooth Implant Price Philippines: How Much Does a Complete Implant Cost?

Dentist explaining a dental implant and crown to a patient in the Philippines

A complete single-tooth dental implant in the Philippines can cost roughly ₱50,000 to ₱150,000+ based on clinic prices and Philippine implant guides reviewed by CareCostPH. Premium or complex cases can cost more. But before comparing prices, check what the number actually includes.

A clinic advertising a ₱25,000 dental implant may be quoting only the implant fixture. Another clinic charging ₱100,000 may already include the implant, abutment and permanent crown. A finished implant tooth normally involves an implant fixture + surgical placement + abutment + crown.

CBCT imaging, extraction, bone grafting, temporary teeth and other procedures may be separate. That distinction can change your final bill by tens of thousands of pesos.

First Rule: Compare Complete Tooth With Complete Tooth

Imagine you receive these two quotations: Clinic A: Implant ₱25,000 and Clinic B: Implant ₱100,000

At first glance, Clinic A appears to be 75% cheaper. But Clinic A’s ₱25,000 might be only the titanium fixture.

Clinic B’s ₱100,000 might include:

  • implant fixture;
  • surgery;
  • abutment;
  • permanent crown; and
  • follow-up care.

The real comparison may eventually be ₱70,000 for complete treatment vs. ₱100,000 for complete treatment, not ₱25,000 vs. ₱100,000. Before comparing clinics, ask: What is the estimated total from implant placement until I receive my final permanent tooth?

Then request an itemized treatment plan.

Many patients ask about dental veneers during the same course of dental treatment. You can check the veneers price in the Philippines to complete your dental budget.

What Makes Up a Complete Dental Implant?

1. Implant fixture

The fixture is the part placed in the jawbone. It functions as an artificial tooth root.

2. Abutment

The abutment connects the implant fixture to the restoration above it.

3. Crown

The crown is the visible tooth-shaped restoration you eventually see and use for chewing. Some clinics bundle these components. Others price them separately. That is why “implant price” does not always mean “finished tooth price.”

Dental Implant Prices at Philippine Clinics

CareCostPH found the following current published examples:

ClinicLocationPublished PriceWhat the Price Represents
Seoul Dental ClinicPasig₱24,900Promotional implant fixture price
Somosot DentalBohol / Cebu₱25,000 fixture + ₱25,000 placement feeCrown separate
Apostol Dental Cosmetic CenterMakati₱60,000–₱100,000Published single-implant range
One Nadela Dental GroupMakati / BGC₱80,000–₱200,000Implant itself; crown separate
GrandSmile Dental CenterCebufrom ₱95,000Implant/oral surgery starting price
Modern SmilesPasigfrom ₱100,000Implant + abutment + custom crown

These are not equivalent packages, which is exactly why the lowest advertised number should not automatically determine where you go.

Many patients ask about teeth cleaning during the same course of dental treatment. You can check the oral prophylaxis price to complete your dental budget.

Real Example: How a ₱25,000 Implant Becomes About ₱70,000

Somosot Dental publishes one of the clearest itemized implant examples we found.

ComponentPublished Price
Implant fixture₱25,000
Placement professional fee₱25,000
Zirconia crownfrom ₱20,000
Example restored-tooth totalabout ₱70,000

Bone grafting, if required, is priced separately after examination. This gives Filipino patients a much more realistic picture than simply seeing Dental implants from ₱25,000.

Another Example: A ₱100,000 Complete Implant

Modern Smiles in Pasig currently starts a single-tooth dental implant at ₱100,000. The clinic states that the starting price covers:

  • implant;
  • abutment; and
  • custom crown.

This is why its ₱100,000 price should not be compared directly with a ₱25,000 fixture-only advertisement. One is much closer to the finished-tooth cost.

Does Implant Brand Affect the Cost?

Yes, the implant system can affect the price. Instead of using an unsupported nationwide “Korean vs Swiss” price table, a real clinic menu gives a clearer example. Desi Dental currently publishes the following fixture + abutment prices:

Implant SystemPublished Fixture + Abutment Price
Dentium Bright₱40,000
Korean implant system₱60,000
USA implant system₱80,000
Swiss implant system₱120,000

The crown is priced separately. This shows how the implant system itself can change the bill before the final tooth is added. You may also encounter brands such as:

  • Dentium;
  • Osstem;
  • Straumann;
  • Nobel Biocare;
  • BioHorizons; and
  • other Korean, American, Swiss or international systems.

Don’t choose solely by country of manufacture.

Ask:

  1. What exact implant system are you recommending?
  2. Why is it appropriate for my case?
  3. Is the abutment included?
  4. Is the crown included?
  5. What will replacement components cost if needed later?
  6. Is the brand written on my treatment plan?

Crown Material Can Change the Total Too

After the implant integrates with the jawbone, a permanent crown or another restoration is fitted. Crown materials vary in cost. CareCostPH’s Philippine crown research shows substantial price differences between metal-based, porcelain and zirconia restorations.

However, don’t assume a regular crown price automatically equals the price of an implant-supported crown. Implant restoration can involve special components and a separate abutment. Ask: Is this specifically an implant crown, and is the abutment already included?

You can also see our jacket crown price guide for broader Philippine crown pricing.

If you are also planning a root canal, it helps to compare the full treatment cost early. You can check the root canal price in the Philippines.

Extra Procedures Can Add to the Bill

Not every patient needs additional treatment. But this is where an apparently affordable implant can become considerably more expensive.

Current examples from one Philippine clinic

Desi Dental currently publishes:

Additional TreatmentPublished Price
Bone grafting₱15,000 per unit
Bone membrane₱10,000
Sinus lift₱25,000
Temporary denture₱20,000

These are that clinic’s published prices, not nationwide rates. Other clinics may charge differently or quote only after evaluating the case.

What Other Costs Should You Ask About?

Possible Extra CostWhy It May Apply
ConsultationExamination and treatment planning
Panoramic X-ray / CBCTImplant assessment and 3D planning
ExtractionDamaged tooth is still present
Bone graftMore bone support is required
Bone membraneMay form part of grafting treatment
Sinus-related grafting/liftMay apply to some upper-jaw cases
Temporary tooth/dentureUsed while treatment heals
Implant crownOften separate from the fixture
Laboratory feesDepends on restoration
Follow-up careDepends on the package

The advertised implant price is therefore not necessarily your final bill.

How Much Is a CBCT Scan for an Implant?

Dental implant planning may involve a CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) scan. It produces a three-dimensional view that can help with implant assessment and planning. Current prices reviewed by CareCostPH include:

  • Easethetic Dental Lounge — CBCT starts at ₱3,000
  • government-hospital published CBCT rates previously reviewed by CareCostPH of roughly ₱4,800–₱8,000, depending on scan field

Some clinics include CBCT in an implant promotion. Seoul Dental Clinic, for example, currently advertises free consultation and free CBCT with its implant-fixture promotion. So ask before paying separately: Is the imaging needed for my implant already included?

Do You Need a Bone Graft?

Not everyone does. Bone grafting may be recommended when the planned implant site does not have enough suitable bone for the treatment plan. Some clinics publish a fixed starting price.

Others, including Somosot Dental, quote bone grafting only after examination because the amount and type of treatment can differ. Before agreeing, ask: Do I need a bone graft, and exactly how much will it add to my treatment?

Also ask whether it will be performed together with implant placement or as a separate treatment stage.

What Is a Sinus Lift, and Does It Cost Extra?

In certain upper-back-jaw implant cases, the available bone and the position of the sinus can affect the treatment plan. A sinus-related grafting procedure may be recommended in selected cases. Desi Dental currently publishes a ₱25,000 sinus-lift price.

That does not mean every upper implant requires one. Only add this cost to your budget if the dentist says it applies to your case.

How Your Implant Bill Can Add Up

Rather than creating hypothetical national bills from unrelated price ranges, these real provider examples are more useful:

ExampleWhat Is PublishedApproximate Cost Before Other Extras
Somosot Dental₱25k fixture + ₱25k placement + zirconia crown from ₱20kabout ₱70,000
Modern SmilesImplant + abutment + custom crownfrom ₱100,000
One NadelaImplant only₱80,000–₱200,000 + crown

This shows the actual issue clearly: the contents of the quotation matter as much as the headline price.

How Much Is All-on-4 in the Philippines?

All-on-4 is different from replacing one missing tooth. Four implants support a larger restoration replacing an entire arch of teeth. CareCostPH found two useful direct-provider examples:

ClinicPublished All-on-4 PriceIncluded Information
Desi Dental₱290,000 per archBright fixtures, cast bar and full-arch crowns
Tooth&Go Dental Clinic₱381,565Alpha Bio implants + zirconia bridgework

These aren’t a national price range. They are two current clinic packages with different systems and materials. Broader Philippine 2026 implant guides place many All-on-4 treatments around ₱400,000–₱800,000 per arch, but direct clinic prices show that some published packages can start lower.

Before comparing All-on-4 prices, ask whether the amount includes:

  • treatment for one arch or both arches;
  • four implants;
  • temporary teeth;
  • final bridge;
  • final bridge material;
  • extractions;
  • CBCT;
  • bone grafting;
  • surgical/professional fees; and
  • follow-up care.

A ₱290,000 package and a ₱600,000 package may not be the same treatment.

If a full implant is beyond the budget, a removable option may be more realistic. You can compare it with the pustiso price in the Philippines.

What About All-on-6?

All-on-6 uses six implants to support a full-arch restoration. Desi Dental currently publishes: All-on-6 ₱330,000 per arch with its specified support bar and full-arch restoration. Again, it should be compared only with another All-on-6 quote that has similar inclusions.

One Missing Tooth vs Several Missing Teeth

If you need one missing tooth replaced, a single implant and crown may be considered. But if several adjacent teeth are missing, treatment doesn’t automatically require one implant for every missing tooth. Depending on the case, implants can support:

  • individual crowns;
  • an implant-supported bridge;
  • an implant-supported removable denture; or
  • a fixed full-arch restoration.

That means multiplying: ₱100,000 × every missing tooth may greatly overestimate or misunderstand the proposed treatment. Get a quotation for the complete case, not simply a per-tooth multiplication.

If your dentist also recommends wisdom tooth removal, you can check the wisdom tooth removal cost before your next appointment.

Implant vs Bridge vs Denture

If your main goal is simply to replace a missing tooth or several teeth, implants may not be the only option.

OptionBasic Difference
Dental implantImplant in the jaw supports a crown or other restoration
Dental bridgeNeighboring teeth or implants support the replacement tooth/teeth
Removable dentureRemovable replacement for one or several missing teeth
Implant-supported dentureRemovable denture stabilized by implants
Fixed full-arch implant teethLarger fixed restoration supported by several implants

The appropriate option depends on your dental condition, not simply your budget. From a cost perspective, compare complete treatments. Don’t compare a ₱25,000 implant fixture with the total price of a completed bridge or denture.

How Long Does Dental Implant Treatment Take?

Implant treatment usually happens in stages rather than one visit. A common sequence is: consultation and imaging → implant placement → healing → abutment/restorative stage → final crown.

One Philippine clinic guide describes the implant-healing phase as commonly around three to six months. Another current clinic explains the overall timeline as a few months onward, depending on healing and whether additional procedures such as bone grafting are required.

So before paying a deposit, ask:

  • how many visits are expected;
  • how long healing is expected to take;
  • whether you’ll have a temporary tooth;
  • when the permanent crown will be placed; and
  • whether grafting would extend the timeline.

This is especially important if you live far from the clinic or will be travelling overseas.

Does PhilHealth Cover Dental Implants?

Do not assume PhilHealth will pay for dental implant placement. PhilHealth’s current Preventive Oral Health Services benefit includes specified services such as:

  • oral examination/screening;
  • dental cleaning;
  • fluoride varnish;
  • selected preventive/restorative services under program rules; and
  • emergency tooth extraction under the applicable benefit.

Dental implant placement is not listed as a routine service in the preventive oral-health benefit reviewed by CareCostPH. This means: PhilHealth dental coverage ≠ dental implant coverage.

You may still qualify for other covered oral-health services, but don’t subtract a PhilHealth amount from an implant quotation unless the provider confirms that a specific benefit applies.

Does HMO Cover Dental Implants?

Dental HMO coverage depends on the plan. Some plans cover basic services such as:

  • consultation;
  • cleaning;
  • filling;
  • extraction; or
  • selected diagnostic services

without covering dental implants. Before treatment, ask: Does my exact plan cover any part of the implant treatment, imaging, extraction or crown?

Also confirm:

  • clinic accreditation;
  • annual dental limits;
  • LOA/pre-authorization requirements; and
  • co-payments.

A clinic accepting your HMO for cleaning does not mean the implant is covered.

Can You Pay for Dental Implants in Installments?

Some Philippine dental clinics offer installment or staged-payment arrangements. But the terms may depend on the treatment and branch. Before choosing an installment plan, ask for:

  • complete cash price;
  • required down payment;
  • amount due at implant placement;
  • amount due when the crown is fitted;
  • monthly-payment amount;
  • number of payments;
  • credit-card or financing charges; and
  • total amount payable.

Don’t compare clinics only by the monthly payment. Compare the final total.

Senior Citizen Discount and Dental Implants

Philippine senior-citizen law provides a 20% discount and VAT exemption, where applicable, on qualifying medical and dental services, subject to the applicable rules.

However, dental implant treatment can contain several different billable components:

  • professional services;
  • implant fixture;
  • abutment;
  • crown;
  • laboratory charges;
  • imaging; and
  • other materials.

Don’t automatically take an advertised ₱100,000 package and subtract 20%. Present your valid senior citizen identification and ask the clinic to show how the applicable benefit is calculated on the itemized bill.

PWD Discount and Dental Implants

PWD rules likewise provide at least a 20% discount and VAT exemption on qualifying medical and dental services, subject to the relevant requirements and implementing rules.

Current rules define dental services broadly enough to include certain restoration and replacement of teeth when required for diagnosis or treatment of dental illness or injury. That still does not mean every cosmetic or package component should automatically be reduced by 20%.

Ask the provider:

Which parts of my treatment qualify, and what will my final itemized amount be?

**₱25,000 implant fixture

  • ₱25,000 placement fee
  • ₱20,000 zirconia crown
    = about ₱70,000**

bago pa ang bone graft o ibang procedure kung kailangan. Kaya bago magbayad, itanong: Magkano lahat mula implant placement hanggang final permanent tooth? Mas useful iyon kaysa simpleng: “Magkano ang implant?”

Is a Very Cheap Dental Implant Safe?

A lower price does not automatically mean poor treatment. And a high price does not guarantee a good outcome. But if a quotation is much lower than other published prices, find out exactly why.

Check:

  • what implant system is being used;
  • whether the price is fixture-only;
  • whether surgery is included;
  • whether the abutment is included;
  • whether the crown is included;
  • who will perform the treatment;
  • where follow-up will happen;
  • and what happens if additional treatment becomes necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is one tooth implant in the Philippines?

A useful broad planning range is about ₱50,000–₱150,000+ for a complete single-tooth implant, although some premium cases can cost more. Always confirm whether the quoted amount includes the fixture, surgery, abutment and permanent crown.

Can a dental implant really cost only ₱25,000?

Yes—but it may be only the implant fixture. Current Philippine providers publish fixture prices around ₱24,900–₱25,000. Other components can be charged separately.

How much is a complete implant with a crown?

One current Bohol/Cebu example totals about ₱70,000 using:

  • ₱25,000 fixture;
  • ₱25,000 placement fee; and
  • zirconia crown from ₱20,000.

Another Pasig clinic currently starts a package including the implant + abutment + custom crown at ₱100,000.

Is the crown included in the implant price?

Not always. Some clinics explicitly say the crown is separate. Always ask whether your quotation includes: fixture + surgery + abutment + permanent crown.

Does implant brand matter?

It can affect the price. One current Philippine clinic lists fixture + abutment options from ₱40,000 for Dentium Bright to ₱120,000 for a Swiss implant system. But the brand should be only one part of the treatment decision.

How much is bone grafting?

There is no single Philippine bone-graft price because the amount and type of graft can vary. One current clinic publishes ₱15,000 per unit, plus ₱10,000 for a bone membrane when applicable. Other clinics quote after examination.

How much is All-on-4?

Current direct-provider examples reviewed by CareCostPH include ₱290,000 per arch at one clinic and ₱381,565 for an Alpha Bio system with zirconia bridgework at another. Different packages can cost considerably more.

Does PhilHealth cover tooth implants?

Dental implant placement is not listed as a routine benefit in the current PhilHealth Preventive Oral Health Services package reviewed by CareCostPH.

Are dental implants cheaper outside Metro Manila?

They may be at some clinics, but CareCostPH did not find enough comparable provider-level prices to create a reliable Manila-vs-province implant range. Compare actual itemized quotations instead of assuming one location is cheaper.

Before You Pay a Deposit

For a treatment that can cost tens or hundreds of thousands of pesos, get the quotation in writing.

Ask:

  1. Is this the implant fixture only or the complete replacement tooth?
  2. Is the surgical placement/professional fee included?
  3. What exact implant system or brand will be used?
  4. Is the abutment included?
  5. Is the final crown included?
  6. What crown material will be used?
  7. Are consultation and CBCT included?
  8. Do I need an extraction first?
  9. Do I need a bone graft or sinus-related procedure?
  10. Will I have a temporary tooth, and is it included?
  11. Are laboratory fees included?
  12. Are follow-up visits included?
  13. What happens if additional treatment becomes necessary?
  14. Is there a written warranty or clinic policy for the implant/restoration?
  15. Can I pay by stage or installment, and what is the total amount payable?
  16. Does my HMO cover anything?
  17. How will a senior citizen or PWD benefit apply, if eligible?
  18. What is the complete estimated cost from my first visit until the final permanent tooth is fitted?

The last question is the one that makes different clinic quotations genuinely comparable.

How CareCostPH Checked These Prices

CareCostPH reviewed publicly available Philippine dental-clinic price lists, implant service pages, treatment listings, official benefit information and current 2026 implant-cost guides on October 7, 2026.

Where possible, we prioritized direct clinic prices that clearly explain what the number represents.

Examples reviewed include:

  • fixture-only pricing;
  • separate fixture and surgical-placement pricing;
  • implant + abutment pricing by system;
  • complete implant + abutment + crown pricing;
  • implant prices with crowns specifically excluded;
  • provider-specific bone-graft and sinus-lift fees;
  • CBCT pricing; and
  • All-on-4 package pricing.

That distinction matters because the word “implant” can refer to very different parts of the treatment bill. CareCostPH did not call these clinics, receive a personal quotation or claim to have undergone treatment.

There is no single regulated nationwide dental-implant price. The figures on this page are therefore published clinic examples and practical planning ranges—not an official Philippine average.

Read how CareCostPH researches healthcare prices.

Dental note: Prices are for general information and can change. Whether an implant is suitable and which additional procedures are required should be determined after assessment by a licensed dentist.
